We provide customers with a specialist team of skilled engineers, project managers and subject experts that slot into their existing project teams.

What we’re looking for

• A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, is required.
• Previous work experience in any field and level which demonstrates an understanding of professional conduct and workplace dynamics.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles is required.
• Interest in heavy manufacturing industry and transportation is advantageous.
• Determined, motivated and driven individuals with an ambitious focus.

What you’ll be doing

• Working on our current projects, supporting the experienced team of long serving rail engineers.
• Supporting our other departments such as Operations and Quality with technical input.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for various audiences, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies
• Assisting in the review of technical documentation and providing feedback to clients
• Contributing to the development and execution of Engineering initiatives
• Working on your own engineering projects as delegated to you by senior management
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
