Key Responsibilities:
As Head of Performance, you will manage a dedicated team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services that meet contractual obligations, Stadler’s standards, and industry benchmarks. You will oversee the execution of performance, training, and quality assurance activities, while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for managing the performance regime to ensure targets are met, supporting the development and implementation of standards and procedures that align with legal, legislative, and ethical obligations. This includes overseeing safety incident reporting, producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and steering performance against key KPI’s both internally and externally. You will monitor customer and supplier agreements, contribute subject matter expertise to UK and global production systems, and provide on-call support as required.
As part of your remit, you will initiate and, where authorised, implement actions to prevent non-conformances, safety incidents, and process deficiencies. You will assist in the annual identification and quantification of risks, ensure investigations are carried out in line with procedures, and confirm that corrective actions are completed within agreed timeframes. You will also enable effective cross-team collaboration, demonstrate values-based behaviours, and actively promote SRS UK’s journey toward becoming a global leader in production delivery systems, processes, and techniques.
