The Learning and Development Designer (L&D Designer) will be accountable for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of learning programmes that RSSB offer to the railway industry in the UK and internationally.
The Project Manager will manage the design, development and delivery of different types of railway related projects in order to achieve the project objectives within specified constraints. The projects to be managed are predominantly research and standards change projects with values of up to £500k.
Through primarily hands-on engineering activities, you will lead the development of Power Platform solutions for a range of simple and complex applications within RSSB, such as our future industry safety and sustainability platforms, and our Power BI enterprise reporting. You will also act as a champion for the technology, supporting business users to develop their own applications, automation and reporting, and use the technology to solve business problems.
The role will perform front-end design and development activities to help deliver a great user experience to those engaging with RSSBs digital platforms. You will be a hands-on developer of front-end components for our Sitecore website, which primarily covers users accessing technical content produced by RSSB.
