Women in Rail Scotland is delighted to invite you to attend the third event in their Ascent series.
Coinciding with the week of International Women’s Day, this third event in our ‘Ascent’ series on empowering women on their career journeys, focuses on the third phase (40s) – following their career passions, seizing new opportunities, and accelerating their growth in a rail career, all while navigating personal challenges, including peri-menopause and menopause.
The event will include:
• Welcome from Johannah Randall, Women in Rail Steering Group
• Panel discussion on the opportunities and challenges experienced during this phase of a woman’s career, including peri-menopause and menopause
• Q&A with audience and panel
• Refreshments
The event will be facilitated by Johannah Randall, West Coast Partnership Development and will include a panel of inspirational rail industry experts:
