RAILWAY INDUSTRY QUIZ NIGHT

On 23^rd May, Women in Rail, the Department for Transport and the National Skills Academy for Rail, hosted their second Railway Industry Quiz Night at The Flamingo Room, O’Neill’s Wardour Street, 33-37 Wardour Street, London W1D 6PU.

Quiz Masters for the evening were Ruth Hannant (Director General, Rail Group at the DfT) and Neil Robertson (Chief Executive Officer, NSAR).

The event was attended by about 150 people, making 15 highly competitive and mostly gender-balanced teams.

The winners were NSAR – Team 2 (118 points), followed by Off The Rails (93), The Harrison Express (91.5), Bid Team Brains (91), Rocket (90), The Globetrotters and NSAR Team 1 (89.5), RSSB/DfT (89), WR (83.5), Trainy-soarus Lex (81), Fallen Angels and Virgin on the Ridiculous (80), The Collaborators (78), DfT/RouGHDiamonds (77.5) and last but not least, Bombardier (70.5).
