Learning Together with UPFRONT’s Bond Programme
Scotland’s Railway share their experience of this impactful programme
Join Women in Rail Scotland and Scotland’s Railway Strategy & Investment team who will be sharing their story of learning together through the UPFRONT Bond programme. This is a 6 week online learning programme that transforms how women show up at work.
UPFRONT is an organisation on a mission to change confidence for women through Bonds, community and content. Bond is the collective noun for a group of women. Studies show a strong positive correlation between belief of self-efficacy and work-related performance.
The impact of the programme in Scotland’s Railway has been so powerful that Network Rail is now offering this to women across their organisation in Scotland, and want to also open the opportunity to participate to all Women in Rail.
The UPFRONT Scotland’s Railway Bond will start 19th February 2024. Nominations will open January 2024. Please note that there will be a cost for anyone wishing to participate in the programme.
