WR London’s Leadership Journey
Part 1 Foundations of Leadership Masterclass

Women In Rail London are delighted to welcome you to the first in a two-part Leadership Journey series – a Foundations of Leadership masterclass! Led by the brilliant Adie Saunders – a Business Confidence and Public Speaking Master Trainer – and kindly hosted by Osborne Clarke, this masterclass teaches WR members about “The ABC of Confidence: assertiveness, boundaries and charisma” to ensure that they are well-equipped for every stage of their leadership journey, no matter the level.

This masterclass will allow you to:
• Explore the art of assertiveness and understand its strategic role in effective, non-confrontational and inspiring leadership.
• Understand the importance and the know-how of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries by recognising their significance in fostering positive professional relationships as well as personal well-being.
• Uncover the elements of your charisma and learn how to tap into your individual leadership strengths to exude magnetic presence and influence, when you need it the most.
