You don’t need a title to be a leader.  Whether you’re leading on a project, an event or just leading your own life, having an understanding of who you are and feeling comfortable in your own skin is the foundation of being able to lead effectively.

But showing up and feeling comfortable in your own skin can be a challenge.  It’s something that babies and young children do without any thought but as we grow and develop an awareness of ourselves in relation to others, something shifts and we start to become acutely aware of how and where we fit in the world.

This can lead to feelings of “imposter syndrome” and a lack of confidence which is all too prevalent in leadership.

Join Women in Rail and Young Rail Professionals in this interactive session. Ellie will take you through some practical ways you can start to unlock who you are, what makes you awesome and how to use that to show up authentically as a leader.

About Ellie

As a Leadership Coach (ILM Level 5), Ellie has over 15 years experience of leading within large organisations. She is a Leadership Coach, who works with organisations, to help support their new leaders to develop a strong sense of confidence and build a high performing team.  She strongly believes that the key to high performance is to unlock the potential in each and every individual through compassion and empathy and that coaching is the key to that unlocking.

Ellie uses her own strengths of empathy and compassion to build strong relationships with clients.  Ellie demonstrates the power of understanding yourself and the impact that can have on your performance to help new leaders unlock that same potential and performance within their own teams.

With a strong interest in authentic leadership and diversity, Ellie coaches clients to develop a truly unique understanding of how they operate at their best and the factors and personalities that can help them build on their unique potential.
