Join the WR Yorkshire group for the Foss Islands disused railway line walk in York.
This event brings friends and family together for a friendly walk along a disused railway line.
We will take in some of the history of the railway including and how it was constructed looking at the embankments, cuttings, bridges and retaining walls, stopping on the way back to visit the Heworth Inn (previously the Shoulder of Mutton) for refreshments.
