We are delighted to invite you to the Women in Rail Annual Conference on Wednesday 5th December 2018.

This year, the theme of the conference is “The Power of Great Leadership: successfully leading oneself and empowering others”.
Our keynote speaker is Dame Inga Beale (former Chief Executive Officer, Lloyd’s of London) who will present on her personal story as a successful leader, from her early days at Prudential to her recent role as CEO of Lloyd’s.
During the day, we will also hear from inspirational leaders Rob Brighouse (Chairman, East West Railways Company), Staynton Brown (Director D&I and Talent, Transport for London), Dyan Crowther (Chief Executive Officer, HS1), Polly Payne (Directors General for Rail Group, Department for Transport) and Nicola Shaw CBE (Executive Director, National Grid) and Deborah Hulme (Minerva Engagement) will give us a fascinating insight into the neuroscience of leadership.
