You will join a highly skilled rail team providing industry-leading advice to national and regional governments, private rail companies, investors, and industry bodies. Our work covers our broad range of technical disciplines, including business case development, strategic planning, rail operations, demand and revenue forecasting, commercial analysis, and project assurance. We're looking for an inspiring engineering leader to drive the Region's technical capability and ensure our assets are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. In this role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and champion excellence across all engineering activities, shaping how we deliver for our customers and how we meet our route and network targets.

You'll play a key role in strengthening system safety and reliability, guiding project approvals, and embedding strong quality assurance and systems engineering practices across the Region.
