Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to lead a diverse team of technical and operational staff at our Newcastle Depot. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing workforce planning, and maintaining high standards of fleet performance and presentation. You will be responsible for first-line management, visitor and contractor oversight, and supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, technical competence, and a commitment to developing others are essential.
