The Senior Project Contract Manager (PrCM), based in Cork, is a key member of the project leadership team, working in close collaboration with the Project Manager and core project stakeholders. The role provides senior guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and execution of proactive contract and claim management strategies, ensuring effective risk mitigation in alignment with Alstom’s business objectives. This includes oversight of change requests, variation orders, contract amendments and developing extension of time (EoTs) claims.
The Project Contract Manager (PrCM), based in Dublin, is a key member of the project team, working closely with the Project Manager, Project Finance Manager and other project core team members. The role provides leadership and guidance in effectively communicating the contract to the project team members, developing, implementing, and driving proactive contract and claim management strategies, ensuring effective risk mitigation and opportunity creation in line with Alstom’s business objectives.
Reporting to the HQ Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring materials and tools are available to allow the business to provide trains, at all times meeting all criteria in the areas of product and people safety, reliability, environment and train presentation (interior & exterior as required). Ensuring industry, engineering and production best practice and standards, and at least as a minimum the contract requirements.
The Shift Operations Manager supports the Shift Production Manager in the effective leadership and coordination of a specified shift production team.
