About the Role

As a Trustee, you will have the opportunity to help guide WR’s efforts to promote diversity in the rail industry. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable in supporting women in the sector and engaging with key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Attend and contribute to monthly Trustee meetings.

– Share and promote Women in Rail’s initiatives with your colleagues and networks.

– Work with fellow Trustees to achieve our goals and maintain effective governance.

– Represent Women in Rail at industry events and connect with stakeholders.

 

Who Should Apply

We are looking for individuals who:

– Have recent experience in a frontline role within the rail industry.

– Are passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion.

– Can bring practical, hands-on insights to the Trustees.

 

Timeline

– Application Deadline: 17:00 8 September 2024

– Interviews: Scheduled for early autumn.
