The role provides senior guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and execution of proactive contract and claim management strategies, ensuring effective risk mitigation in alignment with Alstom’s business objectives. This includes oversight of change requests, variation orders, contract amendments and developing extension of time (EoTs) claims.
