Women in Rail, Women in Transport and Women in Bus & Coach are coming together again for our annual Tripartite event, bringing colleagues from across the transport industry together to connect, share experiences and explore the value of careers that move across roles, organisations, sectors and transport modes.

This year’s theme is “A Career That Travels”, with a focus on transferable skills, varied career journeys and what both individuals and organisations can gain when experience and ideas travel across the industry.

We’re delighted to welcome Caroline Wilson, Managing Director of The Recruitment Story, as our keynote speaker, alongside a panel discussion exploring career movement, transferable skills and the benefits of bringing different experiences and perspectives into transport.
