This is an opportunity to look behind the scenes at one of the UK’s biggest train manufacturing sites.

The Alstom manufacturing site in Derby has been building trains since 1876, this event gives you a chance to see how the trains are built today.

Following a site tour, we will gather for a ‘Roadshow’ event featuring short presentations and discussions on the initiatives for improving Gender Diversity and Equality within Alstom which have contributed to Alstom being recognised as a UK Top Employer for 3 years running (Alstom is now also awarded Global Top Employer for 2023).
