Please complete the questionnaire on the left under Useful Links before this session.

About this session
How do we build confidence and have impact as women? Is it possible to control how people view you and change their first impressions? Do women have gravitas, and what does that look like? How does our body language and how we speak have an influence on how people view our impact? Do we need to feel confident to appear confident?

In this interactive workshop you will gain insights and techniques that can provide the answers to the questions and help you to reflect on your existing strengths and how to utilise them.

Our Speaker
Ruth Busby, HR Director at Great Western Railway. Ruth has worked as a HR professional and senior leader in four very different industries.  In addition to her leadership and professional experience in HR, Ruth has a professional qualification in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
