Women in Rail is delighted to invite you to a series of 3 free career enhancement workshops facilitated by experts Chris Morrall (Director, Talent Transitions Ltd) and Neil Sampson (Founder & Director, Talent4Results Ltd) and Karen Camilleri (Managing Director, Camilleri Appointments).

The second webinar of the series… CV and Cover Letter Writing

It will cover the recruiter’s perspective, including personal branding on social media. This workshop will give an insight into the differing needs of internal and external recruiters, it will give practical hints & tips on CV layout, how to increase your opportunities on job search sites and applicant tracking systems. It will also cover the key points needed in covering letters from by organisations. There will be an overview of social media and how to raise your brand.

Facilitators 

Chris Morrall (Director, Talent Transitions Ltd) –  Chris has some 30 years working as an internal recruiter and as a career coach in organisations and acting as an external assessment resource for many organisations – he has assessed 10,000’s of candidates. He was the interview expert on Monster.Com and regularly presented at the National Engineering Exhibition @ the NEC & Olympia on Personal Branding and Interview Skills for Engineers. He is committed helping people reach their full potential and renowned for his networking and positive attitude.

Neil Sampson (Founder & Director, Talent4Results Ltd) – identifying talent, opportunities and possibilities, and helping people realise their potential lies at the heart of what Neil has done throughout his career; initially as an HR specialist, then as an Executive Recruiter and Development Coach. A passionate networker, this adds value to the people he knows and the clients he supports. Professionally qualified and accredited to use occupational personality profiling tools and objective exercises, Neil uses these to help identify relative strengths and development needs.

Karen Camilleri (Managing Director, Camilleri Appointments) – Karen is the Owner and Managing Director of Camilleri Appointments, a specialist values driven boutique recruitment business delivering senior level search and interim mandates to both the public and private sector. Karen has 23 years experience in recruitment and has a passion for championing diversity in the sector. Karen set up the Transport practise for Veredus and then moved on to do the same for Penna before setting her own practice up. Karen is a generalist recruiter when it comes to positions that she recruits, and has a broad reach across transport and wider within the private sector. Areas she does specialise in are Rail and Bus and she has an extensive track record of both interim and permanent placements in both of these Industries.
