Join the Women in Rail South Region for an engaging early-evening event at Canterbury Christ Church University, bringing together rail professionals and university students for insight, inspiration and connection.
The session will open with a welcome from Tracey Barber, Chair, WR South Region, followed by a guest talk from Liz Baldwin, Southern Integrated Delivery (SID) Director, Southern Renewals Enterprise and Women in Rail Trustee, who will share her experiences of navigating challenges, driving change and building a successful career within the rail industry. Liz’s talk will explore resilience, leadership and the realities of working in a complex and fast-moving sector.
Following the talk, there will be dedicated time to network with fellow Women in Rail members and university students—an excellent opportunity to share perspectives, build connections and support the next generation of rail talent.
