Women in Rail Scotland

How Psychology Transforms Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention

This webinar is part of a new Women in Rail series designed to widen the conversation around inclusion and to explore some of the real challenges women experience in the workplace at different stages of their lives and careers.

In this session, we are joined by Dr Nina Burrowes, psychologist and founder of The Consent Collective, to explore how psychology can transform approaches to preventing workplace sexual harassment.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience across criminal justice, education and workplace settings, Nina will share insights from her upcoming book All Reasonable Steps: How Psychology Transforms Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention.

This interactive session will move beyond policies and compliance to explore the human behaviours, cultural dynamics and practical skills that create safer, more respectful workplaces.

  • A facilitated discussion exploring key themes and real-world application
  • Audience Q&A and open discussion
