Women in Rail London and Gail Grace from True You Coaching hosted a fantastic workshop on Wednesday the 12^th of June at Stephenson Hardwood.

Gail shared her career journey, discussing how she became increasingly unhappy in her role until she made the brave decision to become a career coach and inspire others. She led the audience of over 90 women and men from across the rail industry through a workshop on “What is confidence and how can you get more of it!”, holding group coaching sessions and raising questions about motivations and barriers to change. Gail encouraged the group to speak to peers and mentors to gather feedback and left us with her inspirational life lesson, “everything is your choice”, showing us that we have the power to seize opportunities when they arise.
