Workshop 2: How to Use Personality Preferences to Influence Effectively – 9 May 2018

This session takes a look at the 4 main personality types we encounter in our day-to-day lives and explore how being aware of them can help you influence others more effectively.

During this interactive mini-workshop, you will learn how to build stronger relationships with your manager, peers, team and key stakeholders. Emma will ask you to consider the strength of your existing relationships and to explore how they can be improved.

This session often creates an ‘ah ha’ moment for attendees!
