Building Personal Resilience

We continue to all find ourselves in unchartered waters and many of us feel like we’re being thrown off balance on a daily, if not hourly, basis.

Join Women in Rail Scotland and Shona Marshall for an online workshop which will give the opportunity to explore what resilience is and how you can reframe what might be getting in the way of your ability to feel resilient.  We will share insights which will give you the power to positively build your resilience levels and identify ways to sustain these.

The session is led by Shona Marshall of the ASM difference.

Shona launched ASM in June 2018 to deliver authentic consultancy and coaching, solutions for organisational challenges and meaningful leadership & talent development. It is her unique blend of skills, experience and passion that makes the ASM difference and she now loves using her expertise to create experiences for individuals and frameworks for organisations which unlock talent to drive personal, team and organisational performance.

The session will be hosted via Zoom. A meeting ID and participant code will be circulated to those who sign up 24 hours in advance.

Due to the nature of this event, attendee numbers are restricted to 15.

If you sign up and cannot make the event, PLEASE unregister as soon as possible to free up the space. If you wish to sign up when the event is fully subscribed, email to be added to the waiting list. Thank you
