Friday 14^th October 2016, Women in Rail invited everyone in the UK railway industry to support The Big Pink and raise money for Breast Cancer Care (www.breastcancercare.org.uk), the only UK-wide charity dedicated to providing support, information and care to women and men diagnosed with breast cancer and their families.
Many of you took part, putting a lot of effort in your initiatives to raise money for such an important cause, whether you decided to wear pink, bake pink cakes, organise pink related activities, or simply donate via the Breast Cancer Care website, as seen on the twitter feeds and pictures!

Thank you for all your kind support, energy and enthusiasm. You were truly amazing and inspirational.
