Following a successful Women in Rail Wales launch earlier this year in Cardiff, we are following this up with a networking and information sharing event in Llandudno Junction, North Wales.

Welsh Government are kindly hosting the event, which will include an introduction to Women in Rail, and then move on to a special focus on service quality and how we measure the effectiveness of our rail service and how we can improve. Following this, we will facilitate an interactive session on the practical aspects of delivering exemplary customer experience.

This event is well-suited to operational staff looking to improve their skill base and meet likeminded colleagues.
