WR London’s Wellbeing and Resilience Series  Part 2: Grounded in Strength

The Women in Rail London Committee are delighted to invite you to the second part in the Wellbeing and Resilience Series – Grounded in Strength, a rejuvenating Yoga Session hosted by Yoga Tess and AECOM.

Tess, a highly experienced British Wheel of Yoga 500hrs Trained Teacher and Yoga Alliance Sports Specialist, has worked with top corporate clients and athletes to promote wellbeing and enhance performance through Yoga.

In this session, Tess will guide you through simple and accessible movements that can benefit both your body and mind. Drawing from her personal experience in using Yoga to manage the pressures of the rail industry, Tess understands the unique challenges that many women in rail face. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or completely new to the practice, this session is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all.

All equipment, including mats, belts, and blocks, will be provided. Just wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and be prepared for a session that focuses on restoring balance and enhancing your overall wellbeing. Once your place is confirmed, you will be sent a confidential health form to ensure a safe and tailored experience for all participants.
