WRWM is delighted to be supporting Macmillan Cancer’s fundraising “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” again, and equally delighted to invite you to attend.
Apart from being a great networking event, we will be hearing from Mo (Harford) Bury an expert in the field of behavioural change. Mo says:
“People often say they want to feel happy, confident, calm and feel good about themselves. These are all ‘feelings’, but, do you know where feelings come from, how you get them, how you can enjoy them more, even the “bad” ones? Most of us don’t, we generally have no idea how to get the feelings we want in every moment of our lives.
In this short interactive session, you will learn some of the basics of how your brain is creating your experience in every moment and how, when you know how it works, you can feel happy, confident and in your most natural state of innate wellbeing, most, if not all of the time!
AND, we get to eat cake too!”
Starting at 11:00, the event is kindly hosted by Shakespeare Martineau, No.1 Colmore Square, Birmingham. They are providing the tea & coffee and we ask you to come along (please bring a cake if you can!) and contribute to the wonderful work that Macmillan are doing.
Feel free to bring friends and colleagues with you too, but remember to register attendance through the link provided above wherever possible.
We look forward to seeing you.
