
Managing Through Change – A Gender Lens
This Women in Rail Corporate Members only event brings together rail and transport professionals from the sector to explore how organisations can lead through periods of reform, uncertainty and transition viewed through a gender‑informed and inclusive leadership lens.
As the industry navigates significant change, the event will provide space to:

- Share practical insight from across the sector
- Examine how organisational change impacts different groups within the workforce
- Explore what inclusive leadership looks like in practice during times of transition

An internationally recognised expert in inclusive leadership, diversity and culture change, with over 30 years’ global experience. Huma is known for translating complex topics into practical, engaging conversations that drive meaningful behaviour change and allyship.
Aoife Considine – Business Lead & Director, Heathrow Express
An award‑winning engineer and Imperial College MBA graduate, Aoife leads the strategic, commercial and operational performance of the UK’s fastest airport rail service and is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and innovation.
Kevin Koosaletse – Project Director, Balfour Beatty
A Gold‑licensed Programme Director with over 20 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure programmes, including Thameslink and the £1.8bn Crewe Programme. Kevin brings deep insight into leadership, resilience and inclusive excellence.
Kelly Parish – Vice President, Transport & Aviation UK, ABM
With more than 15 years’ experience across transport and aviation, Kelly is recognised for driving operational excellence, innovation and high‑performing teams within complex, fast‑paced environments.
Timothy Milford – Senior Transformation & Change Leader, Network Rail
Currently leading the Change Management Office for the GBRTT Design Programme, Tim brings extensive experience in organisational change, inclusive leadership and delivering long‑term benefits across the rail industry.
