We are delighted to announce the first in our series of events for Women in Rail East Midlands of 2021…. Our Movie Night from Home.
We invite you to join us on Tuesday 23rd March, 19:00-20:00, for a quiz and topical discussion around the hit movie Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. In advance of our session we ask you to watch the film (available on Netflix).
The movie is set in 1920’s Chicago and deals with issues of race, sex, art and religion and was the late Chadwick Boseman’s final film role.
