Women in Rail South Region is delighted to invite you to
an online workshop – Inspirational Women – Recognising the Power within us
To mark International Women’s Day, we will be hosting a short online workshop for Women in Rail members focusing on recognising the qualities we associate with inspirational women. Through small breakout discussions and a short group reflection, participants will explore traits often linked to inspirational women and share examples of how these are demonstrated in everyday life.
The session will also encourage attendees to recognise how many of these qualities already exist within themselves and their experiences. The aim is to create an uplifting conversation that helps participants see these traits as strengths they demonstrate every day, reinforcing that inspirational women are not rare exceptions but something we can all identify with and embody.
