Mothers of the Railway

Hosted by Debbie Greensmith (Committee member for Women in Rail South). A busy working single mum of four, juggling a busy homelife and working in Structures and Buildings for Volker Fitzpatrick.

This interactive workshop will cover what challenges that women face in the workplace whilst also trying to be mothers.

There will be a quiz and women will be encouraged to share experiences, discuss challenges and talk about changes that workplaces could make to ease the pressure on working mothers.
