Women in Rail South invites you to a virtual yoga workshop like no other with Ashleigh Green who runs Yoga from the Heart.

We will start the evening with an introduction to Yoga where you will release all your tension from the week – this will be suitable for all levels. We will then be instructed through an Indian Head massage on yourself and we will finish with a Yoga Nidra meditation session helping you to unwind and relax before the weekend.

There will be an opportunity at the end to socialise online with a G&T (or your favourite tipple) and network with your colleagues. You will be able to ask Ashleigh any questions about the session.

For the evening, you will need:

  • Drink (water)
  • Cushions (4) & blanket
  • To wear something comfortable
  • To eat around an hour before
  • Facemask or tea towel for meditation to cover your eyes

About Ashleigh
Ashleigh Green runs Yoga from the Heart, she is a bold and extroverted character who is hard not to love. Ashleigh is a qualified personal trainer, who completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training with an Ashram in India. She has also qualified as a life coach. Ashleigh is a busy mum of 4 and runs two successful businesses, so understands the need to unwind and reset.
