Women in Rail Yorkshire invites you to join an interactive event focussing on how you can promote your strengths and qualities and take your next step in your personal development.

We are excited to have Jane Atkinson CBE, Engineering and Automation Executive Director, Bilfinger UK limited as our keynote speaker. Jane will describe her own personal development journey from Graduate trainee in the Steel Industry to her current position and the challenges she has faced in that journey.

Erika Diaz, Talent Consultant at Network Rail will then run an interactive personal development workshop, focussing on how you can create a development plan that works for you by harnessing your strengths.

Finally, Ganymede will facilitate a practical workshop on personal development. We will be exploring leadership qualities, the means to identify your talents and how to promote them. The aim of this workshop is to empower our delegates to take the next step in their personal development.
