Isobel Crockford – Major Projects Director, AECOM
From Defence to Rail, Isobel’s experience is as vast as it is varied. She brings strategic delivery expertise and a passion for mentoring, co-chairing Women in Rail Yorkshire while overseeing major projects

Bethany Draper – Commercial Apprentice, Network Rail
Starting her career as a Commercial Management Apprentice at Network Rail in 2022, Bethany has quickly become an influential voice within Rail. Co-chairing Women in Rail Yorkshire, she champions equality and also leads vibrant events for Young Rail Professionals. She  is ready to offer her unique perspective on building a rail career and the fresh skills today’s young professionals are adding to the sector.

Charlotte Woodhall-Jones (CEng, MICE, CGeol, FGS) Discipline Lead – Tunnels & Ground Engineering, SYSTRA
A geologist at heart with over 20 years’ experience, Charlotte leads geotechnical delivery across major UK projects and champions diversity in engineering. She sits on the BGA Executive Committee and chairs the Yorkshire Geotechnical Group. Named one of Ground Engineering’s Top 20 Inspirational Women in 2024.
