Turn up Your Strengths in the Face of COVID 19
Where: Zoom (virtual workshop)
When: Wednesday 15th July 2020, 8.15am-9.30am (75 minutes)
Your character strengths are the most positive part of your personality and they impact on how you think, feel and behave. These strengths can support you and help you grow in difficult times such as COVID 19. But do you know what they are?
We are delighted that Gill How, one of our Women in Rail supporters and a highly qualified business coach and leadership development consultant, has offered to run a second, virtual session of her very popular workshop. Similar to the face to face workshop she ran for us in March, this will help you discover, build on and take further your individual strengths. She will show how you can use your greatest assets to become happier and more successful, meeting your challenges in both your professional and personal life.
In this session Gill will take you through the process of:
- Discovering your greatest strengths
- Exploring how you can stretch those strengths
- Working around weaknesses by focusing on your strengths
If you didn’t attend the March session there is pre-work for the workshop – please complete your own strengths on-line with the free tool: https://www.viacharacter.org/character-strengths-via
This is a very interactive workshop and places are only available to Women in Rail members. If you attended the event in March, please feel free to attend again to connect both with our community and your strengths more deeply.
Free to attend. Spaces are limited and subject to availability. If you would like to join us, please register here.
