Despite the UK making more than a billion rail journeys each year and the rail industry  experiencing billions of pounds worth of investment with Crossrail and HS2 – fewer than 20% of people working in the sector are women.  Adeline Ginn, General Counsel for Angel Trains and Founder of Women in Rail, talked to Jenni Murray about why more women should be thinking of a career within the industry.
