We are inviting Expressions of Interest from high-performing leaders across the rail industry for the role of Director of Integrated Health, Safety & Security, a unique opportunity supporting both GTR and Network Rail Sussex Route.

Reporting to the Integrated Managing Director, this high-profile leadership role sits at the heart of a complex and evolving operational environment. As the railway continues its journey towards greater integration and the future Great British Railways model, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how safety, health, and security are delivered across the organisation

You will provide strategic leadership across GTR and Network Rail Sussex Route, driving a culture of safety excellence, continuous improvement and collaboration.
