The Confidence Catalyst 2026  – An invitation only event for Corporate Members 

The Confidence Catalyst is a six-month leadership development programme, created specifically for middle managers and frontline colleagues in the rail industry. It is being offered exclusively to Women in Rail corporate members, in partnership with Amarkai, a specialist learning and development consultancy.

Over four powerful online workshops, participants will build the confidence, communication skills and leadership presence that will define the next chapter of their careers.

But the learning does not stop when the session ends. Between workshops, participants have access to a dedicated resource hub, practical activities and challenges to embed what they have learned along with an accountability group of peers who keep them honest, motivated and moving forward. It is the kind of support that turns a good workshop into a genuine shift in how you show up.

The sessions run online on Tuesdays at 11am:

• Workshop 1: Tuesday 2 June 2026
• Workshop 2: Tuesday 14 July 2026
• Workshop 3: Tuesday 15 September 2026
• Workshop 4: Tuesday 17 November 2026

Priority access for corporate members

As a corporate member, you have exclusive access to register for the next two weeks, before the programme is opened to the wider Women in Rail membership. There are just 20 places available, offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with one place per member organisation initially.

The investment for Corporate Members is £377 per person.
